It’s holiday time again, and for those of you looking for some fun activities on your bikes to keep you active and get you out the house, look no further. As usual, there is lots on, and British Cycling are putting on a few activities to keep you busy and entertained. As usual, these sessions are supported by the usual pool of highly qualified BC coaches including some of our very own Coaches and Young Volunteers. If you are new to Young Volunteering and have recently joined the BC CAYV programme, or you want to develop your skills further as a Young Volunteer, you are very welcome to attend and log your hours – read all about the experience of a Slipstreamers Young Volunteer who did just that for the first time last year by clicking here.

You don’t have to be a British Cycling member to join in on some of them (although it is generally cheaper if you are!) and there is usually something for everyone – from BMX, cycle-speedway, cyclo-cross, mountain bike, road and track – across all the various regions – click here to see what’s on the menu and take your pick. As we are based in the Central Region, we’ve picked out the following events closer to “home” that may be of interest to you.
